While trying to figure out how to make a custom bracelet for my sister, I realized that just about any message could be customized if you're willing to wait a little while, and Mint & Lily was born. I emailed and got a computerized acknowledgement and no response. Despite the shipping projection of 3-21 days, only two bracelets arrived on day 19, two more 5 days later (none in time for Christmas, but at this point that's a non-issue) and the last one had still not arrived after 6 weeks.
